In many coffee-growing regions, inequality is part of everyday life. Small landholder farmers — often working at the crossroads of rural isolation, ethnic marginalization, and limited infrastructure — face restricted access to education, healthcare, nutrition, and fair market opportunities.

Yet these farmers are the backbone of global agriculture. Coffee, cacao, and other crops sustain entire economies and millions of livelihoods.

While international markets move fast, many producers are left navigating complex systems they were never taught to understand—volatile prices, contracts, certifications, language barriers, and shifting market demands.

The result is an unbalanced trade system where producers carry most of the risk, while capturing the smallest share of the value.

We connect specialty coffee roasters directly with farmers and cooperatives through long-term, transparent partnerships built on trust, respect, and shared value. Our work goes beyond sourcing coffee — we create relationships that last, allowing producers and roasters to grow together over time.

By understanding each roaster’s needs, we match them with coffees that can be consistently delivered year after year, strengthening supply security while creating measurable impact at origin. This is direct trade with intention.

Specialty Coffee With Impact

Our portfolio is the result of years of close cooperation at origin. Every coffee we bring is selected for both quality and purpose.

We work across a range of altitudes and terroirs, importing mostly fully washed coffees in micro-lots or community lots; alongside other special micro lots from process such as honeys, naturals, for distinctive profiles. Around 60% of our coffees are organically grown and certified.

From the diverse microclimates of the western highlands, we source expressive coffees known for depth and character. Our partners are located in San Marcos, Quiché, Huehuetenango, and Chimaltenango.

From Copán and Marcala, two of the country’s most respected coffee-growing regions, we work with experienced producers whose coffees stand out for balance, sweetness, and clarity.

Nicaragua

In the lush Segovias, northern Nicaragua, we collaborate with a network of dedicated farmers producing elegant, consistent coffees with strong identity.

Precision, quality, and innovation define Costa Rica. We select micro-lots from mono-varietal farms in Cartago and Tarrazú, showcasing clean profiles and exceptional craftsmanship in the milling of coffees.
